A stressor in the wilds will echo and mirror a stressor in your everyday life and relationships.

How then can we us adventure and wilderness as tools for growth and change? By knowingly stepping into the intentionally designed challenge and discomfort of adventure we can be supported as we see our maladaptive patterns and behaviors flare up right in front of our eyes. We then have the opportunity, with feedback and support from others, to get to know the unconscious ways we react to stressors. We can then use intention to practice shifting these patterns and behaviors in a controlled and supported settling. This process builds new trails in our internal wilderness which updates and transforms our understanding of self, choice, agency, and the ability to respond in alignment with the person we want to be! So RAD!

These trips combine wilderness and adventure tools with a variety of exploratory practices and processes including somatics, mindfulness, breathwork, men’s work, group process, dyads, and wilderness immersion to deliver an insightful, transformative, and once in a life-time experience. (Tho you’ll wanna come back for more!!)

In addition these adventures will facilitate an essential connection with the Beauty of the Land, traveling to and through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Western Canada, and being reminded that YOU BELONG and YOU ARE AWESOME!!
